Q.  Do I have to use a certain lender if I use you?

A.  No.  However, we can recommend very competitive lenders if you like.

Q.  Where are you located?

Q.  What areas do you cover?

A.  All of Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Q.  When will I receive my Refund?

A.  You will receive a check approximately ten days following closing. 

Q.  What if I find a house that I like by attending an open house?

A.  Just make sure to tell the agent holding the open house that you are working with me.  If you don't tell her, it could create confusion later as to who brought about the offer.

Q.  How can you afford to do this?

A.  Very simply, I work in volume.  By creating loyal buyer customers I am able to be more forthright with information (such as property addresses and so on).  This saves me time and money.  I pass the savings on to you.

Q.  I am already working with another agent.  Can I still get the Refund?

A.  If the agent has already shown you a home, you cannot get the Refund if you buy that particular home.  Also, if you have signed an exclusive buyer broker agreement with an agent I cannot work with you.  It is not my intention to interfere with the contractual relationships of other real estate professionals.

Q.  Will you give me the same level of service as other agents?

A.  I will give you an even better level of service.  I am an experienced NYS Licensed Associate Broker, not simply a "Salesperson".  I have extensive experience in helping people just like you find the home of their dreams.  I am extremely committed to my customers having a great (and even fun) home buying experience.
